Everything first-timers ask us.

Do I need experience to take a class?
Absolutely not. Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. First-timers are welcome and our instructors walk you through everything. Just show up ready to work.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and grip socks (required — available for purchase at the studio if needed). Bring water and arrive 5 minutes early for your first class so we can get you set up.
Really — is 30 minutes enough of a workout?
Every single person asks this before their first class. Every single person stops asking after it. Our Slow Resistance Training method keeps muscles under constant tension for the full 30 minutes — you'll feel muscles you forgot you had.
How do I book a class?
Book through our website or app. For your first class, grab the $10 intro offer above — it takes 2 minutes. You can walk in if there's space, but we recommend booking ahead as classes fill fast.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancel up to 8 hours before class with no charge. Late cancels or no-shows may forfeit the class credit. Our spots are limited, so please cancel early so other members can take your spot.
Is there parking?
Yes — free parking is available in the lot directly in front of our studio at 510 Old Newport Blvd. Street parking is also available along Old Newport Blvd.
